Goal: Ensure your brand and campaigns meet carrier and messaging compliance requirements so your messages send smoothly and without interruption. Estimated Time: 10–15 minutes
Why compliance matters
Brand registration (10DLC overview)
Campaign registration process
Message content requirements
How to avoid rejections
All mobile operators require registration. This verifies who you are and what you’re sending — helping protect customers from spam and keeping your campaigns trusted and deliverable.
💡 Compliance = protection. It ensures your brand’s messages are verified, approved, and reliably delivered.

Goal: Verify your business identity with mobile operators.
Legal business name and DBA (if applicable)
Employer Identification Number (EIN or tax ID)
Full business address and phone number
Live website (matching your business name and domain)
Privacy Policy and Terms of Service
An example of how customers will opt-in to your messaging (e.g. QR code, script, text xxxx)
Your Customer Success Manager will share a secure form to collect your brand details.
nativeMsg submits your brand for registration
Once approved, your brand receives a brand ID — this is required for all message campaigns.
💬 We’ll notify you when your brand is verified.
Carriers require certain message elements to ensure transparency and compliance. These are examples. Removing any of these defaults will result in your messaging capabilities being turned off by mobile operators.
Brand Identification
Clearly identify your company name
“Thanks for signing up with nativeMsg!”
Opt-In Language
Make sure recipients explicitly agree to receive messages
“Reply YES to receive updates.”
Opt-Out Option
Must include a way to stop messages
“Reply STOP to opt out.”
HELP Command
Must include an info response
“Reply HELP for assistance.”
Link Transparency
Avoid public shorteners (bit.ly, tinyurl)
Use your verified domain link instead
Privacy Policy
Include working URL
www.yourcompany.com/privacy
Terms of Service
Include working URL
www.yourcompany.com/tos
✅ We’ll help you review and approve these before launch.

🔄 Compliance isn’t one-and-done — here’s how to stay in good standing.
Always get explicit opt-in from users before sending messages

Update campaign details if your use case changes
Keep Privacy Policy and Terms links live and accurate
💡 We’re here to make compliance simple and successful — so you can launch fast and stay approved.
